GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM

This class-based program changes daily to keep Patrons on their toes, and to challenge them in different ways. Work alongside others to reach your goals and remain accountable to not only yourself but to fellow classmates.

INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM

The levels of this program are tailored to your goals. We offer semi-private training, rehabilitative training, and unlimited functional coaching (UFC) all with customized plans to help you achieve success.

TEAM TRAINING

Team Training Sessions can be performed on-site or within Phyx Performance. Team programs are developed based on sport, age group, and time of the year.

Programs can be designed for teams of all ages, Team Sessions are based on learning proper movement and refining skills.
